UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT CODE UPDATE

Zone Ogden is the Unified Development Code (UDC) update. Over the next two years, this website will serve as the home base for project updates, public involvement opportunities, and project information.

Planning Commission Public Hearing:

The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 11th, 2026 at 5:00 PM in the City Council Chambers (2549 Washington Blvd, Ogden, UT) to consider the adoption of the Unified Development Code.
