What we have heard so far…
On April 24th, the Zone Ogden Open House #2 brought together community members, local leaders, and stakeholders at the Browning Theater at Ogden Station. This event aimed to provide a comprehensive update to Ogden City’s Zoning Code Ordinance, showcasing progress and gathering feedback from attendees. The open house featured a detailed presentation, interactive exhibits, and an online questionnaire, offering an engaging platform for transparent communication and collaborative planning for further updates to the code.
Participants were asked to interact with several boards to provide their feedback and to contribute ideas on various zoning topics. These boards covered key areas such as multihousehold standards, infill development, noticing, and design elements for established neighborhoods.
Read the Code Assessment
This document, prepared by the project team, has several recommendations based on a thorough evaluation of Ogden’s existing Subdivision Regulations, Zoning Regulations, Landmarks, and Outdoor Signs.
Review Drafts of the Code
The project team has been busy drafting chapters of the code. Review the chapters and leave your thoughts and questions directly in the documents.
